The Köttgen standard profile is used for payloads of up to 750 kg (1.653 lbs) per telescopic unit. By varying the length and number of telescopes, a wide range of requirements can be covered – from Euro pallets to wooden or sheet metal packages, even in double-deep storage.
The Köttgen heavy-duty telescopic unit is available for heavy-duty applications, with loads of up to 1,200 kg (2,646 lb) per unit and extension lengths of over three metres or 10 feet.. The clever arrangement of several units allows space-saving storage solutions for goods of different lengths. Additional options such as suction technology, mechanical grippers or special coatings expand the range of possible applications.
Köttgen's shuttle technology enables multiple-depth storage of load carriers weighing up to 2.5 (metric) tons. When two shuttles are combined, the payload increases to 5 (metric) tons. Here, too, the length and width of the systems can be individually adjusted so that, in addition to standard applications, goods such as paper rolls, wood packages or pallets can also be moved safely.
