The "Elektra" series comprises Köttgen's single-mast stacker cranes and offers a wide range of solutions for standard load carriers such as pallets and mesh boxes with maximum load weights of 2,200 kg. In the standard version, these devices can be implemented up to a height of 45 metres.

Construction and adaptability

The design of the single-mast stacker cranes is based on a modular principle, which enables the equipment to be efficiently and economically mapped throughout its entire life cycle, from design to maintenance.The design is geared towards a long service life of > 25 years with low weight.

This approach also allows for adaptation to special solutions with minimal effort, as the basic design already allows for a wide range of applications and the standard equipment can largely be retained for special solutions.

In addition to their use in automated systems, single-mast stacker cranes can also be operated in semi-automatic or manual mode. This allows them to be used in manual order picking systems as well as in fully automated warehouses with high throughput. The compact design of single-mast stacker cranes allows for efficient use of space and high storage capacity. In combination with double-deep storage using a telescope or multi-deep storage with a shuttle as a load handling device, the efficiency of space utilisation can be maximised even further. This means that investment costs can be kept to a minimum when the requirements are appropriate.

Together with the maintenance-friendly designs, this results in low maintenance costs.
